Public Complaints

According to the Police Act, all complaints must be signed and therefore we cannot accept complaints by email.  To make a complaint against police, please visit our forms page where you can find an informational brochure and the appropriate form.

If you wish to file a complaint against one or more police officers or against a policy of the Medicine Hat Police Service, Dan MacDonald, the Public Complaint Director can assist you in filing your complaint.
